Contact supportPlace an order through any RZQ service and nearby drivers will start sending you offers. Accept the one you like and the driver is routed straight to the shop you chose, picks up your items, and drives them to your drop-off pin — while you follow the whole trip on the map.
Yes. Open the chat that becomes available as soon as a driver accepts your order and tell them what else you need. Your driver will do their best to grab the extra items before leaving the store.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the driver has picked up your order. Once the items have been collected and the driver is on the way to you, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Register in the RZQ app as a normal user, then submit a request to become a driver from inside the app. Once your documents are verified you can go online and start accepting delivery offers.
Drivers send you their own price for the trip. You see every incoming offer side by side — with the driver's rating and estimated arrival time — and choose the one that suits you best.
